# AI tools

Plock uses AI in three distinct places — and all of it works on your own data, inside your own account.

## Plocky — your AI assistant inside Plock

Plocky is the assistant built into the Plock app. Ask it about accounts, subscriptions, invoices, usage and reporting metrics, have it build tables, reports, decks and spreadsheets, drop in a signed agreement to turn it into a subscription, or let it prepare changes for you to approve.

## Bringing Plock into your own AI tools

If your team already works in Claude, Cursor or another AI client, Plock's MCP server lets those tools read your Plock data directly — read-only, and scoped to your organisation.

## Making your data readable

When you connect a data source, Plock's AI reads your database schema and describes it in plain language, so metrics can be picked out and turned into products without writing code.

## How your data is handled

* AI features only ever see data belonging to your own organisation — every query is scoped to your account.
* Plocky's answers are generated from live data at the moment you ask, so figures match what you see elsewhere in Plock.
